AluK GB wins Customer Care Prize at the G-21 Awards

We’re delighted to announce that the free online Marketing Academy, created by our talented AluK GB colleagues, has been awarded the Customer Care Initiative of the Year prize at the G-21 Awards*.

In April 2020, AluK GB developed the Marketing Academy website as an online support tool for their customers during the Coronavirus crisis. A range of free downloadable guides, tutorials, and videos was produced.

AluK GB shares valuable knowledge, experience and expertise on a wide range of marketing activities via user-friendly tips on the Marketing Academy website. Content ranges from social media management, to SEO, to photography, to email marketing.

The high levels of engagement, overwhelmingly positive feedback, and a customer sign-up rate of almost 40%, have ensured that the website has become an integral component of AluK GB’s customer support offering.
