The Regus office complex at 57 Viale Cassala in Milan, a new building designed by the renowned international architectural firm, Il Prisma, serves as a hub for flexible working models and smart working.
It opened its doors in February 2021, and features extraordinary spaces spread over 2,850 square meters. It has eight floors of flexible office space, a large green area, and a winter garden. 110 square meters of the building is dedicated to a stylish business café.
Featuring AluK’s SL50 aluminium façade system, this stunning new façade is visually impressive and truly eye-catching. The vast glass surfaces ensure that the optimal amount of natural light infuses the building, providing healthy indoor conditions which are optimal for professional activities.
AluK Italy also provided the 77IW/ID window and door systems. These effortlessly meet both the elevated aesthetics of the design, as well as the demanding performance requirements.
